Find the area where it’s creaking from and push a small, folded up piece of cardboard into the area. If it stops the creak, tape over the cardboard to hold it in place. If it keeps creaking, keep putting cardboard in till it stops, then tape it up.
The nonstick cooking spray works great on door hinges too.
have you tried to tighten it as much as you can? try cuttin some thin rubber like a bike inner tube into small strips make some holes with a pair of scissors which line up with the screws on your bed, then one at a time un-do srews fit the rubber between the frame then re-tighten the screws… good luck
My friend found to tape to solve this should be done every year if your bed sees lots of them back on and dont forget to solve this problem hes had an antique.

try WD40 – spray oil. Works a treat!
