Most any spray paint will do fine. However, make sure that the frame is clean first. And it’s always a good idea to prime before painting.
rust oleum. its more expensive but well worth it
First, sand your metal with fine gauge metal sandpaper (it’s gray). Then spray with metal primer. Then finish with Rustoleum.
